Aeonium lindleyi var. viscatum, Irish Bouquet, has clusters of succulent foliage that call to mind a bright green bouquet. Flowering late winter into spring, this plant’s star-shaped yellow flowers add even more visual interest to foliage that is attractive and true to its name—“aionios”, Greek for “everlasting”. Water deeply once the soil dries out, and less during summer when the plant may undergo a brief dormancy. This dense and compact plant, also known as the Saucer Plant, hails from the Canary Islands and likes good drainage and bright light.
