Take care to keep this plant moist but not overwatered. Position it in a spot with bright indirect light, moderate humidity, and comfortable indoor warmth (60-80 degrees F). Hydrate at its base to avoid getting water spots on the plant's glossy foliage. Dust the leaves periodically with a damp cloth to keep it looking its best. Although the rubber plant is strong, you will want to avoid placing it in a location where its broad leaves can be bumped and split. Then, carefully re-pot your plant from time to time as it grows. This is an easy and impressive houseplant.

This broad-leafed houseplant does double-duty as a natural air purifier. Its leaves grow to become fairly thick and look as though they have been buffed to a nice glossy state. Noted in a NASA clean air study as being effective at removing pollutants from the air, this rubber plant is well worth welcoming into the home. It grows fairly quickly and does well in typical indoor conditions. And while other rubber plants have attractive dark green leaves, this variety adds even more visual interest with some variegation in tones of pink and cream. Pretty and impressive!
