The fancy ruffled pansies bred by Isao Sato of Japan have been years in the breeding... bred to be ruffled, dramatic, and quite spectacular. In the Twilight Collection's rich reds, wines, and midnight blues for the with some striking white, the velvety petals have very visible edging that shows off the flounces and ruffles that make these flowers so special. A rare treat!
