This sweet plant makes a splash with its color which will not fade. Bred to do well in shady areas, it requires basic, regular plant care. Water when top layers of soil dry out, and ensure good drainage. Fertilizing is not necessary.

You might know Polka Dot plants for the delicate splash of color they have on their green leaves. 'Lotty Dotty' makes a bolder statement than those others, with near total-coverage in shades of pink and darker rose atop richly toned green leaves. (The green peeks out just a bit.) Use it as a houseplant on its own, or in mixed container plantings outdoors. It has a nice branching habit and will stay shapely as it fills and spills. Very robust.
