Summer is nearly upon us and next weekend is June 'N Bloom. You can still sign up for the free workshop 'Plant your own miniature or fairy garden'. The workshop starts on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. This should be the perfect time to bring a friend, your kids or grand kids, your mum or anybody you would love to spend a fun hour with doing something creative. Also at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday there will be a talk on keeping the water in your pond clear & in balance.

Each week we try to bring you a tasty green recipe to try out. Though the fruits or vegetables may not always be in season in the garden they do have some relevance to our general weekly topic. And if you like the recipe there is time to grow the plants for a future harvest. |
